The main cabin is just under 700 sq. ft. with one bedroom, one bath with shower, open kitchen and
living room with vaulted ceiling, cabin panabode construction, huge windows. Constructed in 2006
to city code. Contains Wett approved airtight wood stove. Large L shaped cedar deck with rustic glass

The small guest cabin (100 sq. ft.) also panabode with 5 ft. by 10 ft. covered deck. Contains one bedroom and
ensuite bath.

Cabin was designed with addition in mind. The maximum building allowance in Whatshan Resort is
1,500 sq. ft. for main cabin. Easy to add another 800 sq. ft. (enough for 2 bedrooms and one full bath) at
back of cabin. Cabin would look good if extended by 2 ft. on each side and the roofline extended by
at least 2 ft. You could live in finished part of cabin while under construction and not waste a summer.

There is well constructed wood stairs with railing on both side down to the lake.

Property is 105 ft. by 170 ft. or .59 acres, Lot 16 Whatshan Resort.

Water is from lake intake, making it potable through UV approved filter, common septic system, and power.
Internet and cell phone available.

Whatshan Lake is 30 km. (19 miles) long and 2 km. wide (1.2 miles) located on Highway 6 North of Arrow
Lake Ferry and accessible via gravel road.

Each owner is fully deeded in Whatshan Resort (condominium dog free complex) legally owning 1/25 share
in 25 lot development. Taxes are approx. $600 CA annually and condominium fees are $300 CA per year.
